RECICLO is an stable and structured family company, undergoing planned growth and development. Focused on the flexographic market, it operates in the development, production and recycling of solvents for flexographic pre-printing, in the of solvents for cleaning flexographic printing, in the development of complementary and special preparations for flexography, in the treatment of effluents and in the use of used photopolymer plates.
RECICLO does not use or recover products that attack the ozone layer or that are listed in the Montreal Protocol.

E c o P r o
Sold on the Brazilian market since 1998, it is a pioneer among alternative solvents. Obtained from natural substances, mainly extracted from fruits and completely biodegradable, it is truly environmentally friendly. This product is free of aromatic, toxic or chlorinated substances and has low volatility, not igniting at temperatures below 53ºC, which ensures its safe use.
C i c l o P r o
Innovative and developed with exclusive cutting-edge technology, this product is not classified as hazardous, has no occupational exposure limits and is free of aromatic, chlorinated and toxic components. With a flash point greater than 70ºC in a closed container, it is non-flammable and also has a very low odor and high biodegradability.
P e r P r o
Traditional pre-press solvent, it has universal presence, ensures maximum efficiency in the shortest time, in any circumstances and with excellent quality. It is perfect for rotary equipment and does not require registration with the chemical products control department of the Brazilian Federal Police, as the percentage of butanol in its composition is lower than the limit established by law.

RECICLO's newest launch is especially recommended for flat equipment, and offers fast performance and excellent yield, with a high biodegradability index and no aromatic or chlorinated components. Another point worth highlighting is its low odor.
Solvent Recycling

The solvent for cleaning in the flexographic printing sector is recovered in accordance with all quality standards and with the best technology available, aiming to maintain the original quality of the product. Inadequate treatment of this product after distillation causes premature wear on flexographic equipment.
