Quality

Although we firmly believe that mutual trust between customers and suppliers is a fundamental condition for the perpetuation of any business, we are aware of our commitment and responsibility to our customers, suppliers, society and the environment.

We seek to work with innovative and committed suppliers who are aware of our concern for the quality, punctuality and continuous improvement of our products and services. For this reason, instruments are periodically calibrated in accordance with international standards and through standards traceable to the Brazilian Calibration Network.

Seeking to convey even greater reliability, safety and peace of mind to our customers, RECICLO has decided to provide them with a modern and effective Quality Management System certified by ISO-9001.

To produce and recover solvents and offer environmentally responsible solutions with quality and technology, aiming at the continuous improvement of processes, minimizing environmental impacts, ensuring sustainable environmental development and compliance with current environmental legislation to satisfy our customers. Environment

When we talk about RECYCLING, we are necessarily talking about the environment. All of our planning and growth always go hand in hand with sustainable development. We are proud to say that all of the products that enter our manufacturing plant for recycling are reused, since even the final sludge resulting from the solvent recovery processes is passed on as raw material to other industrial segments.

The industrial plant was specially designed to handle chemical products and is equipped with a spill containment system. All of this is located amidst preserved green areas and forests, expanded with fruit trees and native trees from the region, attracting birds and small animals that feed and shelter there throughout the year.

Industrial Effluent Treatment

The Effluent Treatment Plant has a total capacity of 480,000 liters, treating liquid effluent from the activities of the industrial plant and other companies in the segment. Everything is strictly monitored by specialized technicians and inserted in an impeccably monitored ecosystem, complying with legislation and ensuring clean, crystal-clear water at the end of the process.

Use of Photopolymers

Com constantes pedidos de clientes com dificuldade para encontrar um destino correto para os fotopolímeros usados, a RECICLO desenvolveu uma técnica de aproveitamento destes materiais através da fabricação de peças para as mais variadas aplicações, tudo sem necessidade de produzir subprodutos e de forma limpa, sem gerar gases ou outros poluentes e com mínimo consumo de energia.

Health and Safety

We have a protection and prevention structure compatible with the operation, including containment areas, lightning protection systems, and fire prevention and firefighting resources such as extinguishers, hydrants, and safety equipment.

On a daily basis, activities are monitored by professionals from occupational health and safety areas, with routines of inspections, meetings, training sessions, and periodic drills, following prevention programs and occupational health control measures. This care is supported by a culture of collaboration among teams, reinforcing discipline and responsibility as part of the operation.
